Follow our instructions below to post your samples to the UKAS accredited laboratory using our appointed courier.

This is at no charge to yourself and both the return and analysis costs are included in the original cost!

If you would like to use a different courier or drop the samples directly into our laboratory then please use the following address:

Returning your samples using Evri.com

INSTRUCTIONS :

Go to evri.com/return-a-parcel
In the retailers name field, enter Asbestos Kits UK Ltd
When prompted for your Order ID, enter your AKUL reference number (found on the outer sample bag).
Provide your e-mail address and press continue.
For the Return reason, select ‘other’ and type ‘samples’ in the return reason field.
Choose how you want to return your order for FREE at the ParcelShop, a Locker Drop Off or for collection from your home.

It is important to record your tracking number!

PARCELSHOP DROP OFF

Download, print and attach your return label at home (or have a ParcelShop print it in store).
Drop off your return package at one of 4,500 ParcelShop locations.
ParcelShop locations can be found via : evri.com/find-a-parcelshop or evri.com/parcelshops.

LOCKER DROP OFF

TRACKING YOUR SAMPLES

Track your return at evri.com.
Once we’ve received your return, the Laboratory will process and analyse your samples and the results will be emailed back to the email address provided (Monday to-Friday).
